This week, Principal Wackerly, Assistant Principal Youel, and our School Resource Officer, Deputy Noel, met with each grade level to officially welcome our Pirates back to Southeast Middle School! We spent time reviewing important school expectations, discussing how we can all help make SMS a safe, respectful, and positive place to learn, and answering students’ questions about the topics we covered. These conversations are an important part of starting the year strong, making sure expectations are clear, and giving our students a voice in the process. We’re excited for a great year ahead—Go Pirates!
