What an incredible and fun few days in Washington, D.C. with our 8th grade students!
Our Southeast Pirates represented our school with outstanding behavior, respect, and maturity throughout the entire trip. From the monuments and museums to the powerful historical sites we visited, our students made thoughtful connections to the American History lessons they have studied all year long.
Our tour guides repeatedly commented on how knowledgeable, engaged, and respectful our students were, praising them every step of the way for their insight and curiosity. We could not be more proud of the way our students represented Southeast Middle School, their families, and our community. This trip was truly a memorable experience filled with learning, leadership, and Pirate pride! ☠️🇺🇸
