Holiday Spirit Week

Dear Southeast Families,

A. A. Milne wrote, in his 1926 classic, “Winnie the Pooh,“ that Piglet noticed that "even though he had a very small heart, it could hold a rather large amount of gratitude." Our middle school staff would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who helps make Southeast an amazing place to be. Our collective efforts to raise our children are filled with passion, commitment and a willingness to make decisions that will have a positive and lasting influence. We are grateful to our parents who are such a critical part of all we hope to accomplish and we thank you for doing what is the most rewarding and joyous job of all. Thank you for entrusting us with your most precious gift because we are so grateful for our students. In the spirit of this holiday season, it is our wish that each of you receives and returns the blessings and good tidings that make these days truly special and our children best express the holiday's true meaning.  Just take a look at the pictures we've posted from our Holiday Spirit Week! They radiate a sense of uninhibited enthusiasm, hope and brazen joy for life and the many opportunities that await them. To the parents and friends of the Southeast community, please have a safe and joyous holiday, and we will see you next year!

Respectfully,
Maria Wackerly
