Dear Southeast Families, Teachers, and Staff,

We are thrilled to share that our school is working to build a brand-new inclusive playground, set to begin construction this spring! This space will provide a welcoming and accessible play area for all children, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to learn, grow, and play together.

To help raise funds for this important project, we are hosting a Community Event that will be highlighted by basketball games and a Raffle Fundraiser.  To make this event a success, we need your support! We are kindly requesting donations of items that can be used to create themed raffle baskets. Popular donation ideas include, but are not limited to:

Books & Educational Games
Pirate Wear, Sports & Outdoor Gear
Gift Cards & Experience Passes
Gourmet Treats & Snacks
Toys & Family Fun Items

While these are just a few theme item ideas, we would happily accept any donations or additional baskets for our raffle! If you, your family, your grade level, your office, or your business would like to contribute, please drop off donations at any Southeast Local Schools Main Office (Primary, Intermediate, Middle, or High School) by April 20th. If you prefer to make a monetary donation toward a basket, we’d be happy to do the shopping for you! Please make all checks payable to “Pirates Promise”.  

Your generosity will directly impact the success of this event and bring us one step closer to creating a playground where all children can play side by side.
