Good Morning Pirate Family. The health and safety of our students and staff remain our top priority. We have become aware that 50 school districts across the state of Ohio received an email message threatening school buildings from an account claiming to be a Russian terrorist. Southeast Schools has NOT received this message. Law enforcement agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), have been actively monitoring and investigating these threats to schools. The emails appear to be part of a swatting campaign or hoaxes, with no real threat detected. While we have no reason to believe these threats are credible, the safety of our students and staff is always our top priority, and we will continue to work with local law enforcement to monitor the situation. Thank you for your continued support and our partnership in providing a safe learning environment for our students and staff. If any new information develops, we will pass it along immediately.
